Take your new found love affair with quilting with the Yellow Brick Road a little further. This is a fun and easy quilt top that can be as small as a baby quilt or as large as a king size quilt. Fabric Collage Still Life with Deb Sweemer
Trying your hand at designing your own quilt; it’s like embarking on a new adventure! All that is required for this class is knowledge of piecing & raw edge appliqué. You will create a vase of flowers against a simple pieced background with room for embellishment to make it your own work of art. You choose the background colors, design motifs, and size of your quilt. They can be uniquely yours. Come in and see the model!

Twisted Log Cabin with Betsy Carlson
Make the quilt you see at the beginning of Simply Quilts, using easy Foundation Piecing! This block is based on a triangle ‘twist,’ and is packaged inside a book full of fantastic information on borders. A second book is suggested if you want more options for making twisted log cabins. Transform a favorite photo into fabric using Natalie Sewell & Nancy Zieman’s method of raw edge appliqué and create a work of art! You provide the Inspirational photo and fabric and interpret it with your creativity. Some knowledge of design and eye for color or previous Landscape making experience is required. Stack a New Deck with Betsy Carlson
This is fun! Grab all sorts of fabrics from your stash and store, cut big squares, stack 'em up - and cut. "Deal" the fabric for fun combinations, sew, and then cut your squares into the finished size. When you sew the squares together - all you have to match is the edge of the square. We're going to have an all-day session of fun. Bring your fabrics, book, and lunch and get a lot of your quilt done in a day!
